Please be aware, bookers are required to provide a cost code at the time of making their booking. This is not required if you are a staff member of Estates Services.
One portable monitor is available on a first-come, first-served basis and shared between rooms. If laptops or other equipment is needed, please be advised to bring your own.
Food and refreshments
Food and refreshments can be purchased in the onsite Beyond Ordinary café, or hospitality can be ordered through the Helpdesk via Compass view hospitality options here. We are also able to host gatherings in the cafe area, such as talks and staff engagement events.

The club offers three spaces that can be hired for social or work purposes

Spacious for exercise classes, larger meetings and talks, or as a break-out space used in addition to another space.
